1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and 399win ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our"). They apply to all use of the 399win website, platform, games, sports betting services, promotions and any related features.

By registering an account or using any part of the 399win platform, you confirm that:

• You have read these Terms fully and agree to be bound by them.
• You meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirements

399win is a platform for adults only. The following eligibility conditions apply to all players without exception:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may only hold one 399win account. Duplicate accounts are not permitted and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balance held within them.
• Own Identity: You must register using your own accurate personal details. Registering using another person's identity, a fictitious identity or incorrect information is prohibited.
• Mental Capacity: You must be of sound mind and not acting under duress when using the platform or agreeing to these Terms.

3 Account Registration & Verification

To use 399win fully — including depositing PKR, placing bets and requesting withdrawals — you must complete the account registration process and pass identity verification when required.

Registration

During registration you will be asked to provide your name, date of birth, contact details and payment method information. All information must be accurate at the time of registration and kept up to date throughout the life of your account.

Verification (KYC)

399win carries out identity verification checks in line with standard Know Your Customer (KYC) practices. You may be asked to submit copies of the following documents:

• Valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) — front and back
• Proof of address — a recent utility bill, bank statement or government-issued document dated within three months
• Payment method verification — confirmation that your JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or bank account is registered in your name
• Selfie with CNIC — may be requested as an additional check

Withdrawals will not be processed until verification is complete. 399win reserves the right to request additional documents at any point, including before processing a specific withdrawal if unusual account activity is noted.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact 399win support immediately. 399win will not be liable for losses resulting from a player sharing their account details with a third party.

4 Deposits & Payments

All deposits and transactions on the 399win platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion requirement and no exchange rate applied to your balance.

Accepted Payment Methods

399win currently supports the following deposit methods for Pakistani players:

• JazzCash mobile wallet
• Easypaisa mobile wallet
• Raast (instant bank-to-bank transfer)
• Bank transfer
• Debit and credit cards
• Other supported mobile wallets (as listed in the deposit section of your account)

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amounts apply and vary by payment method. The current minimums are displayed in your account's deposit section.
• All deposits must come from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Deposits are credited to your 399win balance once confirmed by the payment provider. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically confirm within minutes.
• 399win does not charge fees on deposits. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• If a deposit is not credited within the expected timeframe, contact support with your transaction reference number.

5 Withdrawals

Players may request a withdrawal of available PKR balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. "Available balance" refers to funds that are not subject to an active wagering requirement.

• Account must be fully verified before the first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawal destination must match the method used for the most recent deposit (for first-time withdrawals).
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply per method and per day — amounts are displayed in your account.
• Withdrawals will be declined or held if there are active bonus wagering requirements on your account.
• 399win reserves the right to conduct additional checks before approving large or unusual withdrawal requests.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

399win offers various bonuses and promotional offers to players. These are listed on the Promotions page along with their individual terms. The general bonus rules below apply to all offers unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

General Bonus Rules

• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement — a multiple of the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) that must be wagered before the bonus funds become withdrawable. The applicable multiplier is stated on each offer's terms page.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino and table games may contribute a lower percentage or may be excluded entirely. Check the specific offer terms for details.
• Time Limits: Bonuses must be used within the time period stated on the offer. Expired bonuses are removed from your account automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time unless stated otherwise in specific offer terms.
• Abuse Prevention: 399win reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts, systematic low-risk play designed purely to meet wagering requirements, or coordinated abuse with other players.
• Withdrawal Before Wagering: If you request a withdrawal before completing wagering requirements, the bonus and any bonus winnings will be removed from your balance before the withdrawal is processed.

7 Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on 399win, including Cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, Football, Esports and all other markets available on the platform.

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by 399win. The platform reserves the right to decline, limit or void any bet at its discretion.
• Odds: Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time your bet is accepted are the odds that apply to your wager.
• Abandoned Matches: If a Cricket match, PSL game or other event is abandoned before reaching the point at which a result can be determined, bets are typically voided and stakes returned. Specific rules apply to rain-affected matches and D/L method outcomes — these are detailed in the sports betting rules section of the platform.
• In-Play Betting: Live in-play bets are subject to a short delay between placement and acceptance to prevent exploitation of live score data. Bets placed in clear knowledge of an outcome that has already occurred will be voided.
• Maximum Winnings: Maximum payout limits apply per event, per day and per sport. These limits are displayed in the betting section and may be adjusted for specific markets.
• Errors: In the event of a pricing error or manifest error in any bet offered on the platform, 399win reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 399win platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, closure of all associated accounts, forfeiture of balance and reporting to relevant authorities where required.

• Registering more than one account (duplicate accounts)
• Using another person's identity to register or make payments
• Depositing funds from third-party payment accounts
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to access or interact with the platform
• Exploiting software errors or technical vulnerabilities
• Coordinating with other players to guarantee profits or manipulate outcomes
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing or any form of sports manipulation
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or copy any part of the platform
• Using the platform in any way that constitutes money laundering or fraud
• Providing false or misleading information at registration or during verification

9 Privacy & Data

399win collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By creating an account and using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

Key points relevant to your account:

• Your personal data (name, CNIC details, contact information) is used to verify your identity, process transactions and comply with anti-fraud requirements.
• 399win does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Payment data is handled through secure third-party payment processors. 399win does not store full card numbers or mobile wallet PINs.

10 Responsible Gaming

• Any indirect, consequential or special damages arising from use of the platform

12 Changes to These Terms
